We are a two- year-old company and still struggling to get our business plan finished. I refuse to do any type of marketing to our clients or our potential clients until this is done. My advice would be to start with the part of the plan that excites you the most - your mission statement, or your financials, or whatever gets you moving. You can move on to other parts of the plan from there, and bounce back and forth between sections.
